I do 30 mins of exercises followed by 2 hours wearing
the x4 labs everyday. After that I feel like I've
had a great workout. I have been doing this for 3
months now and I've gain 1 cm in length and a bit

Don't believe the hype - sure I gained 1.5 inches
using x4 labs but it took me almost 9 months to get
there.

This is a really good device. All I do is attach it and
sit down for a couple of hours on an evening. It does
limit your movement a bit, you can't walk around
much with it on but watching TV or gaming at the same
time is fine.

I have been using natural enlargement methods for many
years. A few times a week I slowly stretch my penis
using exercises. This worked well until I hit my limit

This really is a great device. I've been into
enlargement for about 2 years and I've tried pills
which didn't work and a penis pump which didn't
give me any real results. Exercises are the only thing
that I've stuck at but progress has been
slow.
